Before Instagram and social media surfboard marketing clouded our minds, word of mouth turned a small board into an iconic model in the surf world... the ROCKET. The brainchild of Beschen (Shane) and Budroe, the original Rocket was intended to simply be a board on which baby Beschen (Noah) could learn to surf. When Shane tried it, everything changed and he felt compelled to show us his fabulous find. Happy accidents have served to evolve the design of surfboard shapes from the beginning. When we started perfecting them and building them for the kids, we knew we were onto something special. By the time the "5'5 Redux" video came out in 2009, the ROCKET surfboard had become a star surfed by top athletes. From friends to professionals, the ROCKET quickly became a global hit, enjoyed by the majority of surfers.

Now, more than a decade after its initial release, the ROCKET board is back. A reincarnation of Redux for the new generation... The ROCKET REDUX! We have tried to maintain all the details and magic of the original ROCKET design (low and fast entry rocker, concaves, wide/diamond tail...). We gave it a serious makeover, refining the shape and reducing the edges. For our Lib tech x Lost Colab, we increased the width and volume for more speed and power whatever the conditions, including summer waves. Handcrafted in ecoIMPACT construction with our new recycled PET edges. FOCII FCSII™ compatible fin box.
